Question 1

Which courier services do you use for domestic and international delivery?

Accepted Answer

In Bulgaria, we ship via Speedy (door-to-door delivery or pick-up at offices with inspection & testing options) and BoxNow 24/7 automated lockers. For international orders across the European Union and worldwide, we provide economical International Registered Post as well as express carriers: FedEx Express, DHL Express, and euShipments logistics network.

Question 2

How long does order fulfillment and shipping take?

Accepted Answer

All in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Domestic delivery across Bulgaria takes 1-2 business days. For European Union countries (Greece, Romania, Germany, Austria, etc.), delivery takes 2-5 business days. For pre-order items, estimated arrival dates are confirmed individually.

Question 3

What are the shipping rates and how do I qualify for free shipping?

Accepted Answer

In Bulgaria, shipping to BoxNow lockers is just 2.04 € (and completely FREE for all orders over 50 EUR). Speedy rates are calculated automatically in the cart based on weight. For EU international orders, shipping is free on orders over 150 EUR (excluding oversized/heavy items like competition tables, court surrounds, or large team bags).

Question 4

How can I track my parcel status?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your package is dispatched to the courier, you will automatically receive an email and/or SMS containing your unique tracking code and a direct real-time tracking link.

Question 5

Can I inspect the parcel contents before payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes! When choosing courier delivery via Speedy in Bulgaria and Romania (to your home address or to a courier office), the "Inspection & Test" option is included, allowing you to open the package and inspect the equipment before completing payment. Please note: when picking up from an automated parcel locker (BoxNow or Speedy locker), inspection prior to opening the locker compartment is not technically possible.

Question 6

What payment methods are accepted in your store?

Accepted Answer

We provide secure and modern payment options: 1) Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) processed online via certified Stripe POS; 2) Cash on Delivery (COD - pay to courier upon receipt in Bulgaria and Romania); 3) Direct Bank Wire Transfer to our official Matchpoint 7 Ltd bank account.
