At TT-Store.eu, we prioritize customer satisfaction and guarantee hassle-free returns under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Return Window (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason and without incurring penalties within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

2. Product Condition & Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must comply with the following standards:

• Products must be in brand new, unused, and undamaged condition with zero signs of play, wear, or alteration.
• Original packaging (box, protective film, plastic wrap, blister pack) must be completely intact with all labels, barcodes, and tags attached.
• All accompanying components, receipts, and invoices must be included in the return package.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Goods:

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items. In table tennis equipment, this specifically applies to custom-assembled bats (where rubbers were glued, cut to size, and sealed onto a blade upon customer request), unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Remorse (Changed mind): If you exercise your right of withdrawal because you changed your mind or selected the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. TT-Store.eu never charges restocking fees.
• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item with a factory defect, transit damage, or if we sent an incorrect product, return shipping is 100% free and covered entirely by TT-Store.eu.

Once your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal confirmation.

• Credit/Debit Card payments (Stripe): Refunded directly to the original payment card.
• Cash on delivery / Bank transfer: Refunded via bank transfer (SEPA/IBAN) to the account provided in your withdrawal form.

1. Contact us at office@tt-store.eu or submit the withdrawal form below with your order number.
2. Pack the unused product securely in protective outer packaging together with the original invoice or receipt.
3. Ship the parcel with tracking to our warehouse address in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
4. Receive your refund confirmation within 14 days of inspection.
